Refund Policy

All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed or delivered.

Because many items are custom-made, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities, refunds are not accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect item selection, or personal preference.

Replacements (Limited & Case-By-Case)

In certain situations, a replacement may be offered at the sole discretion of the owner. Replacement requests must meet all of the following conditions:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup

• Clear photos and a description of the issue must be provided

• The issue must be due to a manufacturing defect or damage caused during production

Approval of a replacement is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Cosmetic variations, minor imperfections, color differences, layer lines, or normal characteristics of 3D-printed items do not qualify for replacements.

Exclusions

Replacements will not be provided for:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or modification

• Exposure to heat, water, sunlight, chemicals, or outdoor conditions (unless explicitly stated as outdoor-safe)

• Normal wear and tear

• Items damaged after delivery or pickup

Shipping & Handling

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3D Printing Disclaimer

All items sold through this website are created using 3D printing technology. Because of this process, every item is unique. No two prints are exactly the same.

3D printing builds objects layer by layer, which means minor imperfections such as visible layer lines, slight surface variations, small seams, or subtle texture differences may be present. These characteristics are a normal and expected part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects. We are not responsible for any cosmetic imperfections that a customer may not approve of. As long as the product is functional and performs its intended purpose, the sale is final.

Materials

Products may be printed using a variety of 3D printing materials, including but not limited to:

• PLA (Polylactic Acid)

• PETG

• ABS

• ASA

• TPU (Flexible)

• Nylon

• Carbon Fiber–infused filaments

By default, all items are printed in PLA filament, which is durable, lightweight, and ideal for indoor use, decorative items, toys, and household accessories.

Custom Materials & Pricing

If a specific material other than PLA is requested, this will be considered a custom order. Custom materials may:

• Require additional production time

• Have different durability or usage requirements

• Result in a price increase

All material changes must be requested and approved prior to production.

Care & Use

PLA is not heat-resistant and may warp or soften if exposed to high temperatures, direct sunlight, or hot environments. Products should be used as intended and handled with care.
